I got verified on aacomas on June 28th but i still havent received a secondary from nova (do)... is this typical? anyone else in the same boat?

Hey, for those of you who have received interview invites did it come in through the portal? Did you hear anything after confirming they had all your materials? When did y'all submit and IS or OOS?

IS: invited to submit secondary on 07/10; submitted my secondary on 07/19. Received interview invite through my email on 07/31 around 1 pm

I submitted secondary but it keeps saying I am missing a physician letter and a science faculty member. I have both. I have written emails but still no answer or resolution to the issue. Not sure what to do at this point.

I emailed them serval times about this issue, and they keep saying they haven't started reviewing LOR, but I know that's not true.
