How strict are the LOR requirements?
I have one from an MD(6000hrs), one from my Ochem professor(1 semester), and one from a PI (1500hrs)

I don't think I can swing another instructor LoR.

How was the interview experience? Did they ask any tough questions

Does anyone know if the accept interest or update letters?

I called them last week and they were sweet but they said no since it’s too many applicants. Sth along those lines.
