Does anyone else’s letters of rec say “not received” in the portal? I haven’t had this issue with any other schools.

Does anyone else's portal say application incomplete even after submitting the secondary? There is a red X for both rec letters and the application completion. Everything else is a green check.

2 things: 1, see the last post. 2, when you log into the portal you are greeted by a message in red writing at the top of your screen which reads "Notice: We are aware of an issue causing some letters of recommendation to appear as “Incomplete”, even though they have been received. Our technical team is working to resolve the issue, and we anticipate a fix by Monday, August 3. No action is needed at this time."
