Is there only one essay this year? Does it have character limits or am I bugging

Also this is the only school where my letter packet hasn't gotten an automatic checkmark for their letter of references. Is anyone else having that problem?

I'm gonna assume the essay is 5000 characters limit hopefully its not a wrong gamble but seems like their "Why us" essay has been 5000 characters since 2019

Got the email saying they fixed the AP credit issue in the portal. They are in the portal, and I can drag and drop them, but when I go to save that section of the application, every place I put an AP in, it says that it's incomplete. Is anyone else having this issue?

Just submitted it with other courses that mostly fulfilled this area. I already emailed them once, and I am not going to delay my application any longer because of this. Kind of unacceptable to be honest.
