For multiple years prior to last year the first batch of decisions were on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.

does anyone know whether there is a good chance for there to be movement on the waitlist based on previous years? or is it unlikely to get off the waitlist?

no, you won't get your decision until March regardless. the committee meets to vote each Friday so whenever your evals are ready they'll vote on you the Friday after

Ugh I wish. Looks like last year they sent some pre-II Rs this week and then As next week. So it seems like they’re probably following the same pattern and we’ll hear next week unfortunately.
