post II day! they told us on interview day decisions were 10-12 weeks from the week of interview but they seem to be moving quick. i'm speaking as an OOS applicant, II received 7/21, interviewed 8/25, accepted 10/19

do you guys think its worth it to send a post-ii update/interest letter? really do not want to get waitlisted
got interview invite around mid-late aug and interviewed mid sept
fwiw, i interviewed in august and sent an update early october. still ended up waitlisted, and now kind of regretting it because I do not have as much to include on my letter of interest
At least they told us this soon and we don’t have to wait
