Does anyone know the amount we need to write for the interview day essay? Feel like I have zero idea what adcoms are expecting for that

I've heard from like a friend of a friend that it's supposed to be a brief like "what you've been up to since submitting app" kind of thing. But I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a lot of reflection in them or if it's genuinely just like a sentence stating what I did lol

I think its pretty low-stakes and to the point. I remember the prompt saying you can literally just list out what you've been doing in bullet points (double check this though), and then just a short description of continued activities/involvements since primary submission. I personally didn't write a reflection of any sorts, more so just point blank here is everything and the hours i've accrued doing it.

If my secondary was complete on 7/31st, should I send an update letter or letter of intent? (I have an upcoming promotion and I started a community service volunteer a couple of months ago that I see myself continuing as a new project in whichever school that takes me in)
