Hey guys I interviewed earlier two weeks back and I got the review completed a day prior to recieving my II, and had those other subsequent messages before that, so should be a sign that at least your app is moving or even a good sign!

mine says "Current Status: Preliminary Review Assigned" and i was complete on 8/20. so i seem to be behind yall in terms of processing and being reviewed
Preliminary review assigned comes after admissions screening!

Did you get a message or did you check through the portal? I only checked my portal today and last time was after submission.

Yup! Admissions screening is to decide if you meet their academic metrics (GPA, MCAT, etc.) and preliminary review is when your application gets sent to someone who will review it more holistically. Then it's Preliminary Review Completed->Interview Invite If Selected->etc.

Yes!
when SDN is saying that their interview will be "behavioral/MMI", is there no like classic tell me about yourself, or strengths/weakness questions? sorry if this is a dumb question.

Correct. The questions are more in the vein of “tell me about a time when…” and “in this scenario, what would you do?” rather than “tell me about yourself” or “why medicine?”
