You will have two interviewers each will be 15 mins long, on behavioral/SJ q each with follow ups as needed

has anyone had a different experience to this for the actual interview day, and were you allowed to take notes to help answer questions?

I had it this Tuesday. It is 2 interviews, each one 15 minutes. It is MMI-style, basically one of the questions was behavioral another one was something you would see in Preview. And then for each one they asked 4-5 follow-up questions (that were standard for everyone, which was bad for me because I had to re-repeat some answers). Once you were done, it was mics and cameras off. It went by super super quickly but the questions were super easy, I didn't prepare at all for this interview.

As to the notes part I honestly didn't pause and think and just straight up answered. The question that was Preview-like was such a short scenario, I can't imaging needing to really pause or take notes.

So are all the applicants being interviewed together, or are you in a breakout room alone with the interviewer?
