If I ii’d 9/23 and still haven’t received a decision or virtual engagement day should I assume R? I’m a little worried honestly.

I don't think so, I think they said something for this school like if they don't come to a decision to you for this wave then you will be moved to the next meeting, which who knows how often those are

iirc they do weekly decisions unless there's a holiday or something.

I had an interview invite on 10/13 last cycle and NEVER heard back from them at all (all the way through June). If you check the SDN forum, you will see when they get through their initial review of your interview date, if you don't receive any communication from them at that point, I would expect to receive an R.

Hello, did any accepted students to CUSM receive the DocuSign paperwork email that was supposed to be sent out in December? Thanks

Has anyone else who interviewed in September just gotten their virtual engagement day invite? I haven’t gotten a decision from CUSM yet so i just assumed the worst but does this mean anything?

Anyone else hoping for WL movement tmr or next week? Prob not tmr as it's match week. But last year on 3/25 there was quite a bit of movement on SDN.

Check MSARs - you can probably guess through age

+1 I was wondering if they give scholarships and when we can expect to hear back? I only have loan information in my student portal.

At the VIP day they said to expect news after April 30th for WL movement, but I interviewed in October and got off the waitlist 2/6 so it could happen any day.

I believe April 30th is the deadline for choosing schools essentially. All students can only be holding an acceptance at 1 school so they have to drop their acceptances at others. That’s why May is waitlist movement time. that’s my understanding anyways

I doubt it, I just had my virtual engagement day and one faculty member said it was the last one for this cycle.

Did they say anything about the admission cycle? There has been ZERO movement on admit for the month of March. (although in SDN there was like 1 WL reported)

Not really 🫩All she told us was that the admissions committee only meets weekly but they plan to conclude all results by the end of April, except WLs can get accepted up until the day before orientation.

Has anyone else been waiting a ridiculously long amount of time for a decision? I interviewed literally almost 7 months ago, did virtual engagement day, and have still heard nothing. Feels like they forgot about me lol

Yeah I have also. Got my virtual engagement day a couple months ago too. I believe the way it works for CUSM is there seems to be a lot of WL movement. I’m guessing everyone who hasn’t gotten an A or WL is on an internally ranked “WL hold” where they decide to move people up when there’s space until a certain date (assuming late May-June), then they lock in the As + WL and reject everyone else.

I know someone who didn’t hear back at all (no WL) early on and randomly got an A recently. I don’t think it means we’re necessarily out of the running but also it’s hard to say we’re not sitting in a reject pile.

Does anyone have any information on when they start sending financial aid information, or anything about scholarships?
