The fact that it is possible to hear back from a school one or two weeks before school starts is kinda insane. I just want to know where I am going (if I get off the waitlist for a school) and have at least a month to mentally prepare. But, even if I do get in it looks like I'm not going to have that time. If I do get in, it seems more likely than not that I will get in 1-2 weeks before school starts.

Edit: I interviewed 9 months ago. I've felt like this for that whole time and it's just getting worse as the application cycle is almost done.
