For those of you who don't know, UPitt got a new dean this year who is changing admissions. People started noticing this when the first wave of IIs was like 525+ people.

Just looking at 30 or so cycleresults accepted applicants, their MCAT scores were the following: 528, 527, 522, 521, 527, 522, 522, 521, 526, 522, 520, 520, 522, 525, 522, 525, 521, 523, 522, 519, 522, 524, 520, 525, 525, 523, 519, 525, 524, 525, 525, 525, 518, 517, 525, 522, 524, 526, 526, 520, 519, 522

the average of these is 523 (or 522.81 to be exact).

Yeah these numbers are inflated because it's admit, but its safe to say that Pitt has upped their stat-whore game this cycle.
