Anyone struggling to deal with anxiety around long distance dating and med school? I’ve got a few As so I’m super lucky to have some choice in where I end up geographically, but my girlfriend (of almost 3 years) is also premed and applying next cycle.

We’ve got a great relationship and things are going well, but I just can’t help but be anxious about the ___??? years of long distance ahead.

It’s a pipe dream to think we could end up at the same med school, but I’m just hoping we’re close enough geographically to where we can do visits every month

. . . and if we get engaged down the road it could help us both match at the same place for residency. Anyone relate?
