Don't stress too much about interviews
I don't want to come off as rude/ungrateful but this process has been quite tiring especially with the formality of everything. I interviewed at a school I knew wasn't my top choice after previous acceptances but was in-state and may give good FA package. I had already used all my PTO for my hybrid corporate job so I decided to just work through this one while on zoom (the 3 hours of info sessions with deans and meet the students) and use my lunch for the active interview. No tie. No thank you note (this one I genuinely forgot and they got back to me really fast). I made these similar "mistakes" on my first interview not knowing what to expect and also got in and decided to test it again. I wouldn't take this as advice to follow but if you realize you forget something or really hate the idea of all the formality it seems like the schools don't care too much either.
