It is so disrespectful to applicants to send a reminder to register for a "virtual info session" and refer to them as FIRSTNAME in the email. Miami was one of my top choices at the start of this cycle, but seeing how they treat the applicants honestly makes me kinda resent them.

Maybe I'm overreacting, but after receiving my SECOND "Dear FIRSTNAME" email from them this cycle I really got worked up.
