I feel like everyone is freaking out about adcoms being “more harsh” on AI use this year. I’m not sure where that sentiment is coming from, but I feel like people are kind of overreacting. As long as you don’t have empty word salad sentences that add nothing to your writing, and you also don’t talk about experiences in an absurdly abstract and “this experience transformed my understand of ___” ways then I think yall will be fine…

As long as you stay true to your own voice and don’t exaggerate experience I honestly don’t think using AI is a huge deal, coming from someone who used it more obviously last cycle and still got interviews
