when schools look at WL applicants to pull after april 30th, do they choose students who fit their mission or fit the profiles of other students that rejected their offers, or do they consider applicants who have not PTEd to any school to be able to improve yield? does PTEing to another school decrease your chances of getting off a WL bc the school knows you'll be going to school regardless?
