Got my first interview invitation this morning. This is my 4th (and final) application cycle. Those that are waiting, hold on. I know personally what it feels like to be defeated time and time again. I know this is only an interview and doesn’t guarantee an acceptance. But woah does it sure feel good to see all my hard work finally pay off. People I went to undergrad with are PGY-3’s now. Some are even attendings. When it’s your time, it’s your time. Stay in your lane and focus on your path. Good luck everyone, rooting for you all.
