NYU vs Hopkins

Trying to decide between these programs. Both are equal in terms of finances.

I really want to pursue global health, value a 1-year pre-clinical, and am considering an MPH. I know Hopkins has the best school of public health, but NYU is so tempting because of its 3-year program (I am a bit out of undergrad and hoping to get started on my career asap).

I think one of my concerns with NYU is that it will be super academically intense and I will get burnt out. Also worried that it will be harder to prep for Steps 1 and 2. Both schools are obviously great programs, and I could see myself at both.

Any advice or input would be so appreciated!

Edit: interested in OBGYN or maybe emergency? Also went to undergrad in NYC so would have a huge built in support system. I think I would do a 4th year either way to do my MPH or a research year at nyu, but at Hopkins the 5th year is a bit of a turn off. Also went to both second looks, and loved both 😭 maybe vibed w the NYU ppl a bit more, and it did seem like global health was more accessible at NYU
