Can you make it so you can send a message request to an anonymous person?

Perhaps it can just show up on direct messages as a request and only if accepted does that anonymous person get revealed to the requester just like a normal DM. Or maybe if the anonymous person accepts it can be like an anonymous chat and you can give them a nickname or something.
