I got into a DO school (full ride) and a lower-tier MD school ($400k). For both schools I am OOS and location is far from home. I am interested in peds or EM, nothing super competitive. Financially, my family is middle class and I will have to take federal and private loans cause of BBB

What would yall do if you were in my shoes? I am super lost cause I know the whole DO stigma, etc. But 400k is a lot of money. TIA!

edit: I decided on MD, I heard too many horror stories from current DO students especially with this school. I talked to about 5 in the past two days. Excited to join Wayne! Thanks all for their support and feedback
