I have received a full-tuition scholarship from a T40-T50 school and also have a T20 A. How would I go about negotiating FA with the T20 that truly is my dream school? What is the likelihood that they reduce my tuition substantially?

I'm still waiting to hear back about FA from the T20, but I don't think it will be great.
