Does anyone else go on social media and get immediately triggered/sad by people's hate of physicians? I've experienced it from family members as well who hate the medical system and blame doctors for everything. I know that their experiences are valid and that its their opinion but it makes me anxious and sad to go into a profession where the general public WANTS us to fail and into a for-profit, insurance-controlled, rushed system not built for good outcomes on either end.

This has actually impacted my attitude towards secondaries and applying because it feels so hopeless sometimes. Who knows what it'll be like if I get in this cycle and actually go into residency after 5 years...
