Trad Sankey + Decision Help

Super grateful for this cycle, did not expect to perform as well as I did. 21 y/o, low SES, 520 (131, 129, 130, 130) MCAT, 4.0 GPA with ~1500 clinical hrs and 300 research hours (at time of application) and 2 manuscripts submitted after AMCAS/TMDSAS/Secondary submission. I got full COA scholarship for Colorado and obviously Einstein has free tuition

I'm really interested in a surgical specialty (big ENT/H&N guy, but open to any surgery at this point) and love the idea of getting involved in combatting health inequity through advocacy/policy intervention, but I also quite like research. I lean towards Einstein because of its versatility/mission match in that regard, but is that worth passing up full COA? I know this is a fantastic "problem" to have lol but I'd love to hear other takes on this.

Declining the A from LSU btw for my WL warriors. Also I withdrew from UA and UR after Colorado A and withdrew from Yale and Duke bc I just wanted the impending R to get over with lmao.
