Just putting this here to tell you that your performance on CASPer is NOT predictable. I scored 4th quartile on 6/24 and I legit studied for MAYBE 20 minutes before the exam, took it, barely finished in time for the video and text responses, and often got cut off during a response. I did NOT use bioethics terms and legit just stated by opinion for the questions that asked for it, often without acknowledging both sides of the argument. I generally did acknowledge both perspectives for those questions but I still felt like **** for the entire exam. So, like... I really feel like there is no way to study for CASPer. It feels truly random to me.
