Just wanted to gather some thoughts on this.

I was waitlisted at one of my current top choice schools and they don’t have an option for campus/facilities tours without an acceptance.

While I completely understand this, I am thinking of sending a letter of intent but wanted to see the campus before committing to that.

Would it be unreasonable to reach out to the admissions committee and inquire about a possible visit of some sort.
