trying to wrap my head around what it means to take out 70k in loans per year. federal caps are 50k, 20k from private loans somewhere, no parental help. i can't quite get my head around this. do you feel it on a daily basis? how stressful is it to have? plan to do a nsgy residency (7-8 years) so with interest i might end up with about 350k in debt. please help me understand the risk i'm taking!
