Is Columbia toxic??

Very blessed to have been accepted to this school yesterday, and now I'm comparing it against my other T10 As. However, in the past few hours, I've heard rumors that the culture at Columbia is toxic and cutthroat, and I figured I should research it myself and found this Reddit thread...

Name and Shame: Columbia VP&S (https://www.reddit.com/r/medicalschool/comments/1j9pk2d/name_and_shame_columbia_vps/)

These are serious allegations, and they honestly go beyond a toxic student environment. The writer alleges:
1) racist grading policies, in which minority students are marked against during graded clerkships

2) sexual harassment across multiple specialties, including against med students

3) increased risk against students due to targeting by DHS and the administration more broadly (didn't something just happen with the undergrad campus too?)

I'm from NYC, went to undergrad here too (not at Columbia), and would love to stay for medical school. But seeing all this is really affecting whether I would be happy or even safe here.

Can any current students please share their experiences? Do these allegations hold weight, and have you seen any of this yourself? It seems like there was some confirmation from current students in the original Reddit thread, but it was few and far between. Looking for some clarity here because based on this alone (and no other input), it would be a no-brainer for me to attend another equally-matched institution.
