I haven’t heard back from my state school but I am super grateful to have gotten acceptances to smaller schools within my state. I was feeling good about myself for getting an A in general, but my partner goes to my state school which is very highly regarded and I went to one of the med student parties with him recently and the med students were asking about my cycle and the ones that aren’t from my state had no idea what school it was and were kind of condescending about it. I know the small schools aren’t nationally well known but I went down a hole and saw that the residents at my dream hospital are all from big name schools. It’s so stupid because a med school is a med school but why do I still feel inferior, I feel like I’m not as good
