I just re-read some of my secondaries for schools I got the R from, and I genuinely enjoyed reading them. (coming from a guy who hates his own writing).

R's aren't a judgement call on your worth!! You can have a banger app and still just not make it because the adcom wasn't feeling it when they read your app. Don't despair, the cycle has forever left (coming from someone w/ multiple friends who got their A's off of January interviews!!)
