I have yet to officially be notified of my admission decision at 3 schools, and I haven't heard anything since July 2025. I obviously know that I have been rejected by these schools, but I feel like the least they could do is send a generic "we had an unprecedented number of applications this year... we regretfully cannot offer you a spot in the matriculating class of 2026... we wish you the best in your medical education... blah blah blah" mass email. I feel this ESPECIALLY if the school has a strict deadline for secondary applications because we are expected to offer a response within 14 days, but then they offer no response for 8 months :/
