Cauliflower sausage soup

Saute onion and garlic

Add chopped head of Cauliflower (could be broccoli or both)

Add broth

Bring To Boil. Reduce To Simmer.

Keep cooking until the cauliflower is soft (Alternatively bake the cauliflower prior to making the soup so it's faster)

Sauté chopped sausage and mushrooms

Add the sausage and mushrooms

Season as desired as usual
