Planning for a re-application as I currently have no II. My application leans a lot towards research rather than volunteering but my GPA and MCAT are lower than average for the top schools that are usually research oriented, so a little unsure of my school list, if anyone has suggestions.

cGPA: 3.61 sGPA 3.5 (low GPA second year due to family issues but Freshman year was 3.7 and Junior and Senior year were 3.9-4.0) at T10; MCAT 512

Paid Clinical: ~2080 hrs

Non-Clinical Volunteering: 114 hrs (all with one organization that is one of my Most Meaningful that I will also be starting a new position with); Clinical Volunteering: 50 hrs

Shadowing: 39 hrs

Leadership: ~60 hrs (board position for club sport and board position for club that is how I did my non-clinical volunteering with)

Paid Job (hostess): ~900 hrs (my volunteer hours are low because I needed to have a job during college)
