Called me the other day asking me if I was prepared for my interview....

WHAT INTERVIEW???? No email, no communication, nothing communicated to me about an interview before this random phone call.

Turns out they mixed up my name with someone else's....

What in the false hope is this nonsense??? Just goes to show how candidates get lost in this chaotic process.
