If you notify your school of withdrawal on 4/30 but the school doesn't post the withdrawal to the AAMC/choose your medical school tool until 4/31, does it jeopardize your acceptance/penalize you?

Do people notify schools of withdrawal earlier than 4/30 in order to prevent the delay on communication between the school and the AAMC?
