A soup a day until an A
Soup dumpling Soup
Soup for the inside:
Make chicken stock (helpful if collagenous like from chicken feet)
Refrigerate it overnight. When cold, the stock is jelly consistency
Make the filling:
Cut up your Soup jelly and mix into ground pork
Add chopped green onions
Season
Wrap the filling into a dumpling skin: I used store-bought
Can freeze the dumplings for a later day
Once ready to use you can either steam them or boil them
I put mine into a ramen broth but you can use miso soup for your outside soup. Or you can just eat them since there is soup inside already
