Just wanted to say amazing website and phenomenal job HappyRabbit on it and Macrophage for moderating! Was just wondering if there was an option to add a hold option for those in consideration for an interview at the time (for the sake of the cycle results and real time monitoring). Feel like its more optimal than putting waitlist which may be a bit misleading.
