4.0 GPA + 520 MCAT (low cars) + URM + good in-state public school

Assumed Emory/WashU WL

Extracurriculars:

500 hrs leadership split between 3 clubs (no president/vp just random positions)

500 hrs TA/private tutoring

150 hrs shadowing 4 specialties

1050 hrs research (basic science) - 1 pub (8th author) and 4 posters + award during conference

700 hrs paid clinical

180 hrs clinical volunteering

~ 400 hrs volunteering (meshed with leadership)

Thoughts: did not expect it to go like this, no X factor, just found my way through what i had

Edit: Withdrew those 6 schools during mid December bc I didn't see myself going to them after some acceptances.
