Which, it is. I’m not getting premed EC hours anymore, I’m not striving to maintain my undergrad straight As anymore, not studying for the MCAT anymore, not asking for letters of recommendation and the committee letter anymore, not crafting a “good” school list anymore, not prewriting my PS, W/A, and secondaries and painfully editing them anymore, not preparing and doing interviews anymore, not writing update letters and LOIS anymore, and not waiting for results anymore. In short, I have nothing to “hide” behind. The real deal is approaching, and I’m excited, but scared. Surely I’m not alone. Also, now that I’ve listed everything, good god they make us go through so much.
