Obviously finances are gonna be the main determinant for a lot of us. However, when costs come out to abt the same or finances aren’t an issue, please choose the option where you think you will be best supported and happiest!! At the end of the day this is four years of your life and it’s not worth going somewhere you don’t want to be because it’s slightly higher ranked on some arbitrary metrics. At the end of the day your performance in med school is the largest determinant for residency so go somewhere you know you will flourish!! Making your decisions based on what other ppl say is the “better” option and not what would be best for you is soo out
