Earlier in the cycle I thought this was a pretty neat website to get advice, talk about the process, vent, etc. Felt like essentially all of us were actively going through the app process and even though this skewed toward high stats it really didn’t feel particularly toxic.

Now I feel like everyone’s neurotic about rankings and which T10 is better (this post was inspired by people arguing that Stanford wasn’t a T4 lmao), people are trolling or just being jerks using the anon feature, and I can tell there are a ton of pre-application (not even applying this year) pre-meds around too from the sorts of questions they’re asking. This is basically just r/premed now.

Maybe I’m just washed or unc because I’m 99% sure about where I’m headed next year. Getting my last post-II decision back soon which I want to upload to my profile for data. After that I’m honestly just happy this process is over so I can move on with my life and stop compulsively checking Reddit/SDN/Admit.
