Posting a Soup until I get my Acceptance
Today's soup is chicken noodle.
Start by cooking a diced onion
Add chopped celery
I would have added carrot but I forgot to buy it this week so I will just add a frozen veg mix that includes carrot.
After the onion and celery had cooked down add chicken broth and maybe water if you want more soup. I usually use homemade broth made from chicken feet because the taste is much better and it actually isn't too hard. But store-bought or cubes or stock seasonings work too.
Bring To Boil
Add frozen veg mix if you also don't have fresh carrot.
Add pasta. I used PROTEIN pasta for the gains but any pasta works. Keep cooking according to directions on pasta package.
Reduce To Simmer.
Add cooked chicken. I bought a rotisserie chicken and broke it down into pieces. If you are like me then it is only 2/3 of the chicken because I already snacked on a lot of it. (Also I keep the bones from the rotisserie chicken to make more chicken broth later).
Season as much as you desire. Add fresh herbs if you have them but dried seasonings are also good.
