What the title says. I am really excited about being accepted but I received no aid at Emory and it’s looking like it’s going to be at minimum a $20,000 price difference between schools per year. With loans this is looking like $100k +. The UF program has a home plastic surgery program (that’s what I am interested in pretty much) and great research opportunities and a culture I identify more with I think. I also have been living in Atlanta for a while and would prefer to try somewhere new, and Gainesville was lovely when I visited. All in all, I am just really having trouble deciding and with the deadline coming up I am having trouble figuring out what I should do. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated! I also am interested in being pretty aggressive with residency matching, and I don’t want to limit my ability to match a top tier program, but I feel like I wouldn’t be limited at UF anyway? Idk if that makes sense but yeah!
