I am soooo curious. Especially for schools like Penn, HMS, JHU, WCM (highly ranked + single decision day therefore no feedback in applicants withdrawing from WLs, etc), how many As do they give out to prevent not overbooking their class???

Say they cap their class at 100, how do they determine how many more (110? 120?) to extend offers?
