feeling confused and defeated

I have one A and Im very very very happy with it. However I am also on a ton of waitlists, and a few of them are at T20 schools that give out insanely good financial aid, maybe even full tuition for someone with my parental income. I won't know my aid status at the school I'm accepted at for another few weeks.

the thing is im so conflicted, and im exhausted at this point in the cycle after pouring so many hours into interview prep and essays just to get a bunch of waitlists. (and, again, an A im very happy with but expecting to be expensive). do I send multiple letters of intent knowing the odds of getting off two waitlists is so vanishingly low? I think maybe im overthinking it, and someone else in my position would just send multiple LOIs, but I can't help thinking what if I decide not to go somewhere after sending a LOI? would they remember that when I get to residency apps? do I try to send strong letter of interests to the other schools and intent to just one school? (I dont think I would send more than 2 letters of intent regardless). or do I just give up for the peace of mind of knowing where I'll be next year?

edit: i think i’ll just send one and send letter of interest to the other schools. i understand the professionalism/ethical aspect, although I’m sure plenty of people get away with it every year and it’s tempting to try, but tbh i think for my selfish self it’s more about avoiding risk
