Leeks and Yougurt Soup

Make sure to wash and prep your Leeks well

Sauté the Leeks until soft

Season with herbs and spices as your heart desires

Add potatoes and your stock

Bring To Boil. Reduce To Simmer

Add cooked chicken

Remove soup from heat and stir in Greek Yougurt
