what does consistently having no II or R mean from a whole buncha schools? like deadass theres no way my app got lost/delayed at multiple schools at the same time right? it doesnt make any sense for them to hold my app if their cycle is coming to an end unless it’s bc im an international applicant

i thought it would be like another school where i got an II after dodging so many waves but rn i be edging fr bruh anyone in the same situation and have any input?
