I'm so beyond devastated at no Johns Hopkins because Dr. House went there for a time (and only hires from JHU, Harvard, or Yale).

Any chances to improve for next cycle so I can hopefully be a good candidate for the Diagnostic Medicine fellowship at Princeton-Plainsboro in 5 years?
