RAMEN
Make pork stock
Get pork neck bones and boil them a bit. Drain the impurities. And then add new water.
Add onion, green onion, shitake mushrooms, ginger, garlic
Bring to Boil. Reduce to Simmer.
Let it cook for 10+ hours. The longer the better.
Season your stock
Season it whichever way you prefer
I use dashi flavored miso paste, soy sauce, and bonito seasoning packets
Cook/Add whatever toppings you like
Ramen eggs (soft boil an egg by adding it to boiling water for 6.5 min and then marinade it overnight with soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, mirin)
Sear slices of pork
Add veggies like bok choy, corn, bean sprouts, mushrooms, seaweed, edamame, green onions etc
Add any flavorings like chili oil
