title. obviously i understand why people aim for t20s and people who get ii's and a's to them should be incredibly proud, but am i crazy for weighing location more heavily than ranking in deciding where to go? an acceptance to any med school is amazing and i'd rather attend a school in a location i would be happy in as opposed to going to a school just for the sake of how it's ranked. people care way too much about rankings imo (again, i know why people care about rankings for residency etc, but people act like its t20 or bust)
